We work with local nonprofit organizations across the country to find talent pools that have largely been overlooked in America and have high workforce non-participation rates. This includes communities of people with disabilities, ex-offenders, and recent immigrants.
Our job fairs are as much a learning opportunity for employers as they are for employees. If you’re not sure where to start with hiring someone new into your workforce, don’t worry. We provide accommodations training and support resources to businesses so that their new employees stay in their jobs.
Workshops can be provided in-person with Human Resources and supervisory officials or conducted online for distributed workforces. We also offer accommodations consulting services to make sure that you’re providing the right kind of high-quality accommodations for your employees. This includes:
